Lucious apple-red and paprika colored flowers with sulphur yellow centers are among the most beautiful of all yarrows. From early to late summer, tall flower stems are topped with flat heads of these brightly colored blossoms. This variety blooms about a week later than A. 'Moonshine'.
This species has grey-green, ferny leaves that form a low, spreading clump. It is a quick spreader and can form large masses if left unchecked.
