Processed Topsoil is contractors grade soil that has been run through a machine that grinds the material to a fine texture. This product is now easier to handle without the use of machinery and spreads very easily with a shovel and rake.
Lawn Establishment Mix (Premium Mix) is a blend of our highest quality Processed Topsoil with other sources of organic matter such as Compost to create the best medium possible for growing turf either from sod or seed.
